At Adventure Pro Shop, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Policy

Items may be returned for in-store credit under the following conditions:

  1. Condition: Items must be returned in an unworn and unused condition.
  2. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  3. Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at marketing@wpm.ca with your order details.
  4. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping expenses incurred during the return process.
  5. Clearance Items: Items labeled as Clearance are not eligible for returns. 
  6. Non-Qualifying Items: Items such as sunglasses, headphones, or personal items may be deemed as non-qualifying items do to the nature of their use, and therefore be final sale. If an item is marked as not eligible for return via the Adventure Pro Shop customer portal, the item may not be returned. 

Refund Policy

Please note that we do not issue refunds. Instead, eligible returns will be provided with in-store credit that can be used towards future purchases at Adventure Pro Shop.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please reach out to our customer service team at marketing@wpm.ca or call us at 780-349-5277. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Ensure that the item is in its original, unused, and unworn condition. Include any original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item back to our physical address:

Additional Information

  • Adventure Pro Shop reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our return policy requirements.
  • Adventure Pro Shop reserves the right to change or modify the Return and Refund policy at any time. 
  • In-store credit will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • The in-store credit will be sent to you via email.
